A seeded olive-oil flat with a house za'atar blend (thyme, sumac, marjoram, oregano, sesame) and Aleppo pepper for warm, fruity heat.

Thick enough to scoop labneh and still snap.

Pair with: labneh and a spoon of Tart Cherry Sumac Preserve, or a shake of Smoky Chile Urfa.

Contains sesame.

Made in a cottage San Francisco kitchen that also handles tree nuts (pistachios).
