Smoky and Fruity.

Smoke is underrated, but not in this dust. Urfa biber, smoked paprika, Aleppo, toasted sesame, nigella, and cumin are combined to bring a depth to bright flavors, and to bring an umami to plain flavors.

That means shaking it over ZAHA's Tart Cherry + Sumac preserves, or dusting it on a jammy steamed egg.

Contains sesame. Made in a  cottage kitchen in San Francisco that also handles tree nuts (pistachios).
