Unsulfured Turkish apricots cooked low and slow to a deep amber, brightened with cardamom and a touch of lemon. 

This is a butter, not a jam, so it's darker, concentrated, and lower in sugar.

Pair with: the Lavender, Black Pepper + Pistachio cracker and the Rose + Pepper dust.
