Floral and tart with a soft warmth: sumac, Aleppo pepper, toasted sesame, crushed rose petals, and nigella. 

Shake it over labneh, feta, olive oil, to elevate and brighten the board. 

Contains sesame. Made in a cottage kitchen that also handles tree nuts (pistachios).
